How is contamination with Salmonella enterica, Lactobacillus brevis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae prevented on equipment?

Contamination with Salmonella enterica, Lactobacillus brevis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae on equipment is prevented by applying the peracetic acid-based liquid disinfectant Oxoklin F&B or Klintensiv KlinoChlor Tabs effervescent chlorine tablets. These two biocidal products act by cellular oxidation directly on residual organic deposits and have proven efficacy under dirty conditions against the critical microbial strains in the food industry. The solutions are applied by spraying, wiping or immersion to all equipment components, followed by a final rinse with drinking water only on surfaces that come into direct contact with food.

What solutions are there for cleaning floors in production areas?

Solutions for disinfecting and cleaning floors in production areas include products such as Deziamino, Oxoklin Powder or Hypoklintensiv. These products are suitable for disinfecting floors, walls, doors and the outer parts of equipment that do not come into direct contact with food.
