Klintensiv professional cleaning and disinfection solutions

What the Klintensiv disinfectant portfolio includes

On klintensiv.ro you will find professional solutions for cleaning and disinfecting hands, skin, surfaces and instruments. Developed and tested in line with European and national requirements, our products are intended for the medical environment, the pharmaceutical industry, the HoReCa sector, food processing units, institutions, offices and household use, and come with clear instructions for use and technical documentation.

Hygienic and surgical disinfectants for hands and skin

Available as solutions, gels and liquid soaps, for use by rubbing or washing (for example, Alchosept, Dezidiol spray, Dezidiol wipes, Klintensiv Disinfectant Gel, CHDG Soap, Klinoderm antimicrobial soap etc.). The formulas are dermatologically tested and most are enriched with emollients.

Disinfectants for surfaces and floors

Ready-to-use (RTU) formulas or concentrates for controlled dilution, with low-, intermediate- or high-level action. They are available in liquid form, as disinfectant wet wipes or as solid formulas in tablet or powder form (for example, Klinosept, Klintensiv Alchosafe, Deziamino, Klinomed wipes, Fizzy Tablet, Oxoklin powder etc.), for use by spraying or wiping.

Disinfectants for instruments and medical devices

Concentrated or ready-to-use formulas with intermediate- or high-level action, and cold chemical sterilants, in liquid, powder or tablet form (for example, Peroklin, Disinfectant wet wipes, Deziamino, Dezicon, Sterisol, Oxoklin etc.). These products are designed for use by spraying, wiping or immersion.

Products for airborne disinfection of room surfaces

Ready-to-use formulas (for example, Desogen Aero) for use by fogging.

Classification by biocidal product type (Product Type — PT)

Choosing the right type of product depends directly on the type of surface, how often it is applied and the epidemiological risk. On our website you can select products by product type (TP):

  • TP1 — Human hygiene disinfectants
  • TP2 — Disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals
  • TP3 — Veterinary hygiene disinfectants
  • TP4 — Disinfectants for food and feed contact surfaces

⚠️ The user category specified in the biocidal product authorisation (professional, industrial or general public) is the legal certification that determines who may apply these disinfectants.

Areas of use: disinfection solutions tailored to your activity

Each sector has specific biological risk management requirements:

Healthcare facilities

Controlling healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) in hospitals, clinics and medical or dental practices requires rigorous protocols. The portfolio contains products suitable both for disinfecting clinical furniture, treatment chairs, equipment and floors, and for reprocessing reusable medical instruments.

Beauty salons, cosmetics, tattoo, piercing and dermal implant studios

For furniture, workstations and wash basins, our ready-to-use (RTU) solutions provide fast disinfection between clients. For floors, our concentrated formulas are ideal for daily cleaning and disinfection through controlled dilution. For sharp instruments and reusable accessories in manicure, pedicure or hairdressing salons, we offer products for intermediate- and high-level disinfection by full immersion.

Food industry, shops and HoReCa

For processing plants (cured meats, dairy), professional kitchens, restaurants and food shops, compliance with HACCP audits is mandatory. Dedicated formulas disinfect worktops, production machinery, conveyor belts, equipment and floors.

Offices, institutions and public spaces

Disinfectants for high-traffic administrative buildings and cleaning companies. These solutions are ideal for eliminating pathogens from frequently touched areas (handles, reception desks, restrooms) and for routine floor maintenance.

Efficacy certified by European standards (EN 14885:2022)

All disinfectants in the Klintensiv portfolio hold approvals issued by the Romanian Ministry of Health. In full compliance with European standard EN 14885:2022 (on the application of European standards for chemical disinfectants and antiseptics), the efficacy of every product is tested in accredited laboratories.

Because requirements and protocols differ, the European standards applied and tested (such as EN 13727, EN 1500, EN 1499, EN 13624, EN 1650, EN 14476, EN 14348 etc.) are determined strictly by the specific area of use, grouped into:

  • Medical area (antiseptics and disinfectants for healthcare facilities – hospitals, clinics, medical or dental practices);
  • Veterinary area (products for hygiene in veterinary clinics and animal shelters);
  • Food, industrial, household and institutional areas (products for professional kitchens, restaurants, offices, beauty salons, and public and residential spaces).

Each product has a spectrum of action demonstrated by efficacy tests and detailed in its biocidal authorisation (bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, virucidal, mycobactericidal, tuberculocidal or sporicidal activity).

Composition and active ingredients used

Our portfolio includes formulations based on a diverse range of active ingredients, used according to each product's specific purpose:

  • Alcohols and phenols;
  • Aldehydes and peroxides;
