Payment methods

To pay for products ordered on www.klintensiv.ro, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Payment on delivery (cash on delivery);
  • Online card payment;
  • Payment via bank transfer;

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY)

This payment method is used when you choose to pay after receiving the package, via courier. After you place the order, we prepare the package, hand it over to the courier, and you will pay the value of the product and shipping at the moment the courier delivers the product to the requested address.

ONLINE CARD PAYMENT Within the order, choose the method: Pay online by card. Klintensiv sells its products online through online payment services. In this way, we can ensure our customers a safe and efficient online ordering and payment service.

Online payment can be made with a debit or credit card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a VV2/CVC2 code) logos.

No additional commission is charged for transactions. If the card is associated with a currency account, transactions are carried out in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for that respective card.

Card data processing is done exclusively through the BTePos payment platform. Klintensiv SRL does not request or store any details regarding your card.

PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER

Payment via Bank Transfer is made only based on the proforma invoice issued by KLINTENSIV SRL. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and the necessary details for making the bank transfer.

Payment must be made within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the date of the order, to the bank account provided via email, specifying the company details in the payment references:

Important: the payment order must contain the order number and date! The delivery of the products will be made after the confirmation of the transaction. Failure to pay the amount mentioned in the invoice results in the cancellation of the order.
