Return Policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, specifically to return a Good, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery costs.

The return period for a Good expires within 14 days from:

– the day the Buyer enters into physical possession of the last Good – in the case where the Buyer orders multiple products via a single order that will be delivered separately

– the day the Buyer enters into physical possession of the last Good or the last piece – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces

In the event that the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, they may fill out the return form online or send an email to the address: office@klintensiv.ro.

Return address: KLINTENSIV S.R.L., with its registered office in Bragadiru City, Sos. Alexandriei, No. 544, Km. 14, Administrative Pavilion, Ground Floor, Office No. 4, Ilfov County

In the event that the Client/Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product. In the event that the Order is paid for, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Seller is informed by the Buyer of their decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be refunded as follows: - for Orders paid by bank card – by refunding to the account from which the payment was made; – for Orders paid cash on delivery – by refunding the value of the product to the bank account provided by the client or by generating a voucher with the value of the returned product.

The Seller may defer the refund until the sold Goods are received.

If the Good is returned in a state where it can no longer be sold as new (opened packaging, missing accessories, the Good is damaged), we reserve the right to request a fee to restore the Good to its initial state, as the case may be, or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as resealed or, at the Buyer's request, we will reship the Good, with delivery costs borne by the Buyer.

Because, in the case of distance sales, the Buyer does not have the possibility to check the Goods before concluding the contract, they have the right to withdraw from the contract. For the same reason, the Buyer is allowed to test and check the Goods they have purchased to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and manner of operation of the Goods.

To establish the nature, characteristics, and manner of operation of the Goods, the Buyer must handle and inspect them in the same way they would be allowed to do in an actual physical store.

The Buyer is only responsible for the diminution in the value of the Goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functioning of the Goods.

In the event that the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal after having used the Goods to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and manner of operation, the Buyer is responsible for the potential diminution in the value of the Goods.

Any diminution in the value of the Goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functioning of the Goods is the responsibility of the Buyer. For clarity, from the total price of the returned Good, the Seller will withhold a sum of money representing the diminution in the value of the Good in the proportion of 5%-50% of the initial value of the Good, as the case may be. The equivalent value of the diminution fee will be communicated to the Buyer upon receipt of the returned Goods.
