LOVRIN TOWN HALL

The commune of Lovrin is situated in the northwest of Timiș County, approximately 47 km from Timișoara and 17 km from Sânnicolau Mare, and is crossed by the DN6 national road, which connects Timișoara to the Cenad border crossing. Lovrin is an important local railway hub, located at the intersection of three railway lines: Sânnicolau Mare–Timișoara, Nerău–Periam–Arad, and Lovrin–Jimbolia.

According to the 2021 census, the commune had a population of 2,866 inhabitants. Lovrin is a commune in Timiș County, Banat, Romania, consisting of a single village, Lovrin. Until 2004, the commune also included the villages of Gottlob, Tomnatic, and Vizejdia, which subsequently became separate communes.
