Klinozyme is the trusted concentrated detergent for deep cleaning of medical instruments, compatible with all types of manual or automated procedures. With an advanced tri-enzymatic formula (protease, amylase, lipase), it quickly and efficiently dissolves difficult organic deposits – blood, mucus, pus, biofilm – preparing instruments for the disinfection or sterilization stage.
It is the preferred choice for clinics, hospitals, and medical units that do not compromise when it comes to hygiene and safety.

Instructions for use
Use by diluting in potable water and applying via immersion/manually, in ultrasonic baths, or in automated washer-disinfectors, adhering to the recommended contact times and temperatures.
🔽 Step-by-step application details
- Prepare the solution at 0.5% (e.g., 5 ml product + 995 ml potable water). For heavy soiling, you may increase the concentration up to 1.5%.
- Choose the method: manual/immersion or ultrasonic bath at 25–30°C, or automated machine at 35–55°C (according to internal protocol).
- Immerse/completely cover the medical instruments or textiles, ensuring they are free of visible residue.
- Observe the 5–10 minute contact time (up to 15 minutes for heavy loads).
- Finally, rinse if required by internal procedure, then dry and store according to standards.
- Change the solution if it becomes visibly contaminated; otherwise, it can be reused for up to 72 hours.
- Standard concentration: 0.5% (5 ml product + 995 ml potable water)
- Concentration for heavy soiling: up to 1.5%
- Recommended contact time: 5–10 minutes (up to 15 min for heavy loads)
- Optimal temperature: 25–30°C (manual/ultrasonic) or 35–55°C (automated)

According to the technical data sheet: effectiveness is documented through repeated practical use and internal technical validation. ⚠️ Note: Klinozyme is a detergent – it does not replace the disinfection/sterilization stage.
