Klintensiv® Khlorvet PT3 effervescent disinfectant
Effervescent tablets based on active chlorine, for the disinfection of materials and surfaces in the veterinary field (farms, stables, animal shelters, equipment, vehicles, livestock complexes, slaughterhouses, animal markets, veterinary clinics and laboratories). It releases chlorine only upon dissolution in water, providing controlled dosage and broad-spectrum biocidal action (Gram+/Gram- bacteria, spores, fungi, viruses).

Step-by-step work program for veterinary sanitary spaces (stables, shelters, halls), including surface preparation, solution application, and sanitation verification.
🔽 Step-by-step application details
- Stage I – Mechanical & hydromechanical cleaning: remove debris (fodder/manure); wash with a water jet (≥ 40 atm) and dedicated tools.
- Fixing phase (optional): KHLORVET 0.1%, 200 ml/m², 30 min on uncleaned surfaces.
- Stage II – Washing & rinsing: detergent/degreaser ≈ 400 ml/m², 30 min; thorough rinsing (50–60 bar).

Stage III – Disinfection: use doses and times from Table 3; apply by wiping, spraying, or immersion.
- Solution quantity: 50–80 ml/m² (non-porous) · 200–250 ml/m² (porous).
- Close the hall for the duration of the contact time; rinse after completion.
- Sanitation verification: rapid test kit, 5–10 samples/compartment.
- Stage IV – Reintroduction of equipment: only after washing + disinfection.
- Stage V – Sanitary void: depending on the quality of disinfection (a few days up to 15 days).
- Procedural note: use only dissolved in clean water.
Recommended uses
- Hard porous/non-porous surfaces in stables, shelters, vehicles, slaughterhouses, animal markets, veterinary clinics/laboratories.
- Instruments and objects by immersion; large surfaces by spraying + mop/cloth.
ℹ️ Note: Observe contact times according to dosages, close the hall during the action, and rinse only after the contact time has finished.

Tabletele efervescente Khlorvet sunt indicate pentru dezinfecția în domeniul veterinar, fiind utilizate pentru adăposturi de animale, clinici, laboratoare, abatoare și instrumentar medical. Produsul se aplică doar dizolvat în apă curată, prin ștergere, pulverizare sau imersie, având acțiune bactericidă, fungicidă, virucidă, levuricidă și micobactericidă.

Soluția dezinfectantă Khlorvet se prepară prin dizolvarea tabletelor în apă curată, concentrația fiind aleasă în funcție de porozitatea suprafeței tratate. Pentru suprafețe dure neporoase se folosește o concentrație de 0,45% (3 tablete la 1 litru de apă) cu timp de acțiune de 30 de minute, iar pentru suprafețe poroase se utilizează o concentrație de 1,5% (10 tablete la 1 litru de apă) tot pentru 30 de minute, urmată de clătirea obligatorie cu apă. Activitatea micobactericidă este realizată în 60 de minute.

Dezinfecția cu Khlorvet se realizează strict în absența animalelor, fiind obligatoriu ca acestea să fie evacuate din adăposturi sau cuști înainte de începerea procedurii. După finalizarea timpului de contact, toate suprafețele tratate trebuie clătite bine cu apă curată și aerisite înainte de a permite reutilizarea lor de către animale.
