"Hai să câștigi cu Klinodiol" CONTEST RULES

SECTION 1. COMPETITION ORGANIZER

• The campaign is organized by the company S.C. KLINTENSIV S.R.L. with its registered office in Bragadiru, Sos. Alexandriei, no. 544, Ilfov County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/3025/2011, Tax ID RO 29359178, with the support of the Agency GODMOTHER S.R.L. with its registered office in Bucharest, District 2, Str. Dragos Voda, no. 44, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J40/9233/1997, unique registration code 9997589.
• The decision to participate in the Competition according to the rules in these regulations belongs to each participant individually, who accesses the device located at the Progresiv Conference event for this purpose and assumes the conditions of participation.

SECTION 2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION AND LOCATION OF CONDUCT

The competition is organized on 26.05.2022, within the Progresiv Conference event taking place in Sinaia, between May 25-27, 2022, where the competition stand, hereinafter referred to as "LCD Klinodiol" (an LCD screen, 65 inch with a 60 cm stand, application running software), is placed to ensure the promotion of the products and services offered by the KLINTENSIV brand.

SECTION 3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AND COMPETITION MECHANISM

3.1. Individuals who are of legal age, having turned 18, who attend the Progresiv Conference, access the LCD Klinodiol device, and follow the instructions and information displayed on its screen as part of the "Let's win with Klinodiol" Competition may participate. The following cannot participate in this Competition:

• Minors;
• Employees of the Organizer and the Organizer's Agents;
• Employees of any companies involved in the organization and conduct of the Competition;
• Spouses and first-degree relatives (parents, children) of the employees of the aforementioned companies.

3.2. Participants are not required to purchase any products or services of the organizer or partner, nor to bear any additional costs or expenses for participating in the Competition, before or after this participation.

3.3. A person may access the digital device multiple times during the Competition without providing data for the purpose of participating. Each participant who follows all the steps in the competition can play without any limit on the number of rounds played.

3.4. By accessing the digital device, participants in the Competition admit that they have read the provisions of these Regulations.

3.5. If a player wishes, they may register for the raffle organized by Klintensiv through the application running the game. Registration in the campaign takes place by entering the data and following the registration steps.

SECTION 4. PRODUCTS AND PRIZES OFFERED IN THE COMPETITION

4.1. Within the Competition, the following prizes will be awarded to participants registered for the raffle, by drawing lots that will take place after the event ends:

• Category 1: 3 pieces of LOGITECH MX Vertical Mouse, unit value 422.88 lei
• Category 2: 5 pieces of SONY SRS-XB13 portable speaker, Extra Bass, Fast-Pair, IP67 rating, 16-hour battery life, USB Type-C, unit value 199.99 lei

The total value of the prizes is 2268.59 lei.

4.2. A total of 8 winners will be drawn: 3 for Category 1 and 5 for Category 2; and 1 (one) reserve for each category (a total of 2 reserves). The drawing of the winners will take place between June 3-10, 2022.

4.3. The organizer undertakes to contact the winners who are no longer at the event at the end of the competition by telephone at the phone number entered on the participation ticket, 3 times at 3 different times, and in case the winner does not answer any of the 3 phone calls, to send an email message. If a winner does not answer the phone calls and email within 5 (five) days from the date of sending, or if the data declared on the ticket is not confirmed, the winner in question is invalidated and the first drawn reserve will be contacted.

4.4. The products are shipped by the Organizer to the winners at the physical addresses stipulated by them.

4.5. A participant may win only one prize in the Competition.

SECTION 5. DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPETITION STEPS

5.1. The participant accesses the LCD Klinodiol digital device and follows the next steps:

• Stand-by screen 1, Start: with the "hook" to attract people to the Klinodiol game stand
• Game intro screen 2 – with I WANT TO PLAY button
• Game Rules screen 3 – the promoter will explain the game rules to the participant
• Screen 4 – the game
• Screen 5 – the game
• Screen 6 – Congratulations! You won – the screen offers 3 button options:
  • I register for the raffle – with a link to the screen with the data form where the participant enters the following personal data: Last name, First name, Phone number, E-mail.
  • Try again – with a link to the game start screen and you can play as many times as you want, without registering. Once a participant has registered, they will no longer be able to enter their data a second time.
  • Later – this button sends to the "We wish you a pleasant evening" screen
• Screen 7 – Unfortunately you lost – with a link to the Try again or Later option
• Screen 8 – The data form for the raffle
• Screen 9 – We wish you a pleasant evening – the final screen

SECTION 6. COMPETITION REGULATIONS

6.1. The official Competition regulations are available at the following address /pages/blog

6.2. Participation in the Competition implies the mandatory compliance with all the provisions of these Regulations.

6.3. Any disputes or complaints will be taken into consideration during the Competition and within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days from its conclusion.

SECTION 7. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. Registration in the Competition, its conduct, and its effects do not involve the collection and processing of personal data. The personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") is KLINTENSIV with its registered office in Bragadiru, Sos. Alexandriei, no. 544, Ilfov County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/3025/2011, Tax ID RO 29359178, which can be contacted at the email address bianca.profir@klintensiv.ro, through Godmother S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Bucharest, District 2, Str. Dragos Voda, no. 44, as an Agent.

7.2. The data collected from competition participants who opt to register for the raffle are: last name and first name, phone number, email. In the case of the winners, the Controller, through the Agent, will also collect the following data: personal numerical code (CNP) – for withholding and paying the income tax on prizes.

7.3. The purpose of collecting and processing the personal data mentioned in art. 7.2 is participation in the competition and the raffle organized within it, shipping/handing over the prizes, and fulfilling financial-fiscal obligations.

7.4. The legal basis for the collection and processing of the personal data mentioned in art. 7.2 above is the promotional campaign addressed by the Organizer to the Conference participants, accepted by the participants through voluntary registration, and the legal basis is Art. 6 para. (1) letter a of the GDPR. Personal data will be processed mainly based on our legitimate interest in conducting the Competition and the raffle for which you have chosen to register as a participant.

7.5. Also, pursuant to Art. 13, para. (2) of the GDPR, participants are informed that:

1. a) Data regarding participants will be kept by the Organizer for a period of 3 months from the completion of the Campaign for the resolution of any complaints. Data regarding the winners will be kept for ten years according to the Fiscal Code in force.

2. b) You have the right to request from the Controller: access to personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to request data portability, all these rights being briefly explained below;

3. c) Provision of personal data carried out by virtue of the consent of the participant – the data subject.

4. d) They have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (A.N.S.P.D.S.C.P.).

SECTION 8. TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

8.1. If a situation of force majeure/fortuitous event, including the Organizer's inability due to reasons independent of its will, prevents or delays the continuation of the Competition in whole or in part, the Organizer will be exonerated from liability. Organizer S.C. KLINTENSIV S.R.L.
